The Rare Monday Item for today is the Rare Arctic Hood!
Last week they got it mixed up, and now it's come out!
It is 750 gems, members only, at Mt. Shiveer's Hot Cocoa Hut on page 2!
The colors are pretty good, although the blue shouldn't bee so dark if the white isn't going to be any duller. They fight each other for the spotlight in my opinion.. too clash-y.
