New Carousal Hat!

Hey jammers!! Sorry that this is late, since I just came back from stopping blogging, but there are new Carousel Hat at the Carnival Party!! They cost a ton... 20,000 tickets!! I've seen people around with them and the animals move when you wear it. There are 8 colors but I was too lazy to take pictures of each one and post them, so I only did the first one you see when you go to the carnival. They are members only!
